No Board Member is compensated for service on the District's Board or as an employee of the Board; they are all volunteer positions.

The Board of Trustees are appointed by the Klamath County Board of Commissioners by the authority of ORS 452.090. The Board is to be comprised of (5) five members of the public, living within the District. The current slate of Trustees as appointed by the County Commissioners are as follows:
